Everywhere in the world, there are special places that define the spirit of a particular country, culture, and people. Georgia is not an exception. Only in Tbilisi you find a good number of restaurants, bars, markets, museums, churches, and even just buildings where you can feel the spirit of the city, and this is only the capital. There are so many more places in Georgia, so many more areas, and each area, each small town, or settlement has its own identity. Identity that developed throughout centuries and lots of important historical events.

Starting from the so-called Italian neighborhoods in Sololaki and moving towards local markets, I will describe and give you a list of places that you can visit in order to dive into the local atmosphere and feel the local spirit. Travel means understanding the differences and discovering something unique, and this small country in the middle of the Caucasus is rich with differences and uniqueness.
