Day 1 – Arrival in Baku, Azerbaijan

Participants travel to Azerbaijan, the first leg of the three-country journey. After taking a flight, arrive in Baku, the glimmering capital on the Caspian Sea.

Enjoy an evening orientation city tour featuring the Flame Towers, Old City (Icherisheher), and the Caspian Boulevard.

Later, a welcome reception and networking dinner featuring authentic Azerbaijani cuisine, and live folk music. A short briefing introduces participants to the upcoming adventure and the corporate goals of the incentive program.

Day 2 – Azerbaijan: Gobustan Adventure & Cultural Immersion

Spend the day exploring Gobustan National Park, famous for its mud volcanoes and ancient petroglyphs. This UNESCO World Heritage Site offers the perfect setting for a photo scavenger hunt challenge. 

Later, enjoy a culinary workshop or carpet-making experience in Sheki or Lahij, connecting participants to Azerbaijan’s cultural heritage.

Day 3 – Azerbaijan: Mountain Challenge & Leadership Games

Head north toward the Caucasus Mountains for a full-day outdoor leadership program. Participants will take part in a mountain orientation race, team navigation tasks, and group challenges that encourage trust and communication.

Day 4 – Arrival in Tbilisi, Georgia: Gateway to the Caucasus

Welcome to Tbilisi, the vibrant capital of Georgia and the point for a MICE adventure tour in the Caucasus region. Upon arrival, participants are greeted with a warm Georgian welcome and transferred to a hotel in the city center.

In the evening, enjoy a city tour. Tbilisi is the capital of Georgia, and for every traveler, taking a glimpse of the city is a necessity. During our walking tour, you will see the most important parts of old Tbilisi.  Metekhi Cathedral (XIII c.) and Isani neighborhood, which was a royal residence in the Middle Ages, Narikala (VI c.), one of the first constructions in the city, Sulfur Bath district and a unique mosque, where Shia and Sunni Muslims pray together, Shardeni Street and more you will see during the walk. 

Later, a dinner with panoramic views of the city awaits. During the dinner, you will get instructions and clues for an upcoming team building challenge in the mountains.

Day 5 – Georgia: 4WD Adventure to Kazbegi and Gergeti Trinity Church

The adventure begins with an early departure along the picturesque Georgian Military Highway toward Kazbegi National Park. Participants will travel by 4x4 off-road vehicles to reach the iconic Gergeti Trinity Church, perched dramatically at 2,170 meters with breathtaking views of Mount Kazbek.

Later you will be transported to the Sno gorge and the main activity, team-building treasure hunt game will start, where you will appear in the middle of the medieval mountain legend. You will need to work in different teams, find the hidden sculptures, talk with the locals in their dialect, find the sheep, gather the gold particles with a mountain goat fur in order to defeat all odds and get the Golden Fleece and all of this will be happening within the pristine mountain landscape.

Day 6 – Georgia: Canyon Exploration & Outdoor Team Challenge

Transfer to Tsalka. Experience the natural beauty of Dashbashi Canyon, one of Georgia’s most spectacular outdoor attractions. Participants will walk across a glass suspension bridge, enjoy panoramic views, and optionally try zip-lining or canyon swings for an adrenaline rush.

In the afternoon, a professionally designed corporate team challenge will test leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in a breathtaking outdoor environment. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 7 – Journey from Georgia to Armenia: Cross-Border Cultural Connection

Upon arrival in Yerevan, participants check into a centrally located hotel and enjoy a relaxed evening with optional guided walks around Republic Square.
